We were very pleased with the level of commitment, professionalism, honesty and care/ efficiency of Genie Senior Services. Rhett gave us a quote and had the team on site in less than a week (and could have done it sooner but we were not yet ready). Genie did a great job in the move of my 90yr old mom from Vancouver to Edmonton. They were always on time. Communication was quick with responses. The whole process was smooth. The teams were professional and always cleaned up

The crew showed up on time and were ready to get to work immediately. They did a brief walk about with us to be sure what items to be removed and what items were to remain. They asked about what items around the outside of the house were to be removed. Everyone was very courteous and careful when removing items. We were impressed at how quickly the crew managed to complete the removal of all items in a very short time frame. Two thumbs up, we would recommend your company to others!

I can't say enough good things about your team. They were so kind and patient when moving my mom. Very efficient. She didn't even have to unpack, they put everything back exactly as they took it out of her old place. Thank you for making an overwhelming day so much easier.
