We actually used them twice in a 5 month period. They were friendly and polite and they did everything right. Although we did have a breakage in the second move they offered to have it repaired at no cost. Very convenient
Genie Senior Services helped us move my Mother from her Assisted Living suite into Long Term Care. They were quick & efficient & on top of that, the 3 fellows - one called Ryan - were super pleasant to deal with. Also Genie was very reasonably priced in comparison to the other companies we got quotes from so I would definitely recommend them!
