I’ve been trying to get ahold of anyone who could get me my member id so I can access my bank account so far I’ve gotten through to no one Update: I’m happy to say they quickly got in contact with my to resolve my issue! That’s why I changed my 1 star to 5 star thank you GenFed .
Some of the tellers are really nice. Others are downright rude and lazy when you are asking for help. I know you have the same questions day in and day out. But it’s called a job. Act like a professional
