Unfortunately my encounter with this company was not a good one. The person I dealt with was not only very rude but very argumentative and was driving recklessly.
Unbelievable! Exhaust fumes pouring into the van that is supposed to be taking me to my Dr appointment at 7 am. It is 7:01 am right now, and I am told there is another passenger to be picked up on the way! Do NOT USE THIS SERVICE. PS I WOULD WALK BEFORE TAKING TAKING THIS SERVICE!
I'm a hoyer lift patient so I need to have adequate transportation especially when I have important scheduled appointments that are life saving. They have lied and said they've shown up when they hadn't in which they rather argue then fix the issue. My GODdaughter and myself were arguing w/them on the phone for an hour before they fixed it. They're rude, unprofessional, & uncaring to your situation no matter if you're fighting for your life or not, which in this case I am.
