Ex Amazon freight partner regional driver from 07/2024 - 04/2025 Here to offer genuine feedback as most of these 5 star reviews are the result of a $20 gas card "offer" from the company owner, Danny Gallagher. Geneva Dedicated LLC let their regional drivers freeze all winter. Maybe not all of us, but definitely some of us, myself included. Repeated requests from multiple drivers to get the bunk heaters fixed to blow hot air were dismissed. Most of the sleeper trucks don't idle long to keep the tractor warm. Very good place to work at so far I was on a night shift And I wanted to go in the morning shift and the manager was more than helpful to move me to that shift because a night shift is pretty hard so they work with you in this company a really good company so far everybody’s nice and they actually care about their drivers here.
