While Michael is very kind, the photos I received from my wedding reception were very unprofessional, blurry, and generally not worth the $1k I was charged for. I don't normally leave reviews, but after attempting to talk to Michael about the disappointment in my photos, I was told that "beauty is in the eyes of the beholder" and he couldn't do anything about it. As i know how this photographer will respond I will go ahead and put this group THANKFULLY did not photograph my wedding. However they did photograph a wedding I was in and had “professional” photographs taken which I wanted to have the ones of myself for memories as it was my sisters wedding. Sadly these photos were complete trash. I would like to point out some of these “reviews” on here are fake to make up for the bad reviews they have gotten. Genesis Wedding Photography did not photograph my wedding, they did however photograph my daughter and son in law's wedding. While we were all so excited to get back the photos from the wedding reception, we were extremely disappointed by the poor quality of a majority of them. With a cost of $1,000. one would expect a higher caliber of photography and professionalism. So disappointing that “Genesis Photography” has proven to be such an unethical business. When confronted with customer dissatisfaction, one would generally expect a certain level of professionalism. If that is your minimum expectation when working with a business, DO NOT choose this photographer. His multiple fake reviews should speak for itself. Another member of the wedding party taking issue with Genesis Wedding Photography. What's more shocking than the poor quality wedding photos is the unprofessionalism of the owner of this business. A responsible owner would hold themselves accountable for their quality of work and give fair retribution to their customers.
