Ally is an amazing addition to any wellness team! She is so knowledgeable, patient and willing to try anything that may help you. She truly roots for your overall success and happiness in life and gets to know you, your hopes and dreams. I started working with Dr. Ally during my second trimester after I started having a couple of issues I thought pelvic floor therapy could help. Dr. Ally is very knowledgeable and makes the hands on part way more comfortable but she also gave me a lot of tools to be able to also help myself at home. During pregnancy, my main issues improved or resolved and I continued to see her postpartum. I feel like the postpartum work got me back to feeling like myself quicker than if I would have not seen her semi regularly.

If you have had a baby or are having a baby I promise you the first call you should make is to a Pelvic Floor Therapist and Genesis has some of the sweetest most caring ones around. It’s a very safe space where you’ll find the answer to your most vulnerable questions as a woman. Don’t hesitate to spend the money. It is an investment into your total health as woman. I saw Ally towards the end of my pregnancy as well as postpartum, and I’d recommend her to anyone in need of physical therapy. I never felt rushed during any session as she really took the time to listen to every detail and then use her clinical expertise to create the best exercise program and treatment plan.
