I have loved working with Dr. Ally at The Nest Addison. She took a holistic approach to my unique situation (from postpartum to pregnancy and back again) and allowed me to be successful in my journey to be stronger. She is available for advice and very responsive in between sessions. I love having her in my "toolbox" as I continue to go through the stages of life! I highly recommend Genesis PT for anyone (and especially Moms!).
I have had severe hip and lower back pain for years. Dr Ally completely changed my life. She helped me learn how my pelvic floor connects with the rest of my body, treated my tense muscles and taught my partner how to do it at home so we can continue treat there. I keep a stack of her business cards in my wallet and hand them out all the time. She is the best.❤️❤️❤️
Absolutely love Dr. Samantha! She made me feel so comfortable and heard during my appointments; not only providing so much education on all the things but also providing support and relief during my pregnancy! Honestly, pelvic floor pt would be my biggest recommendation to expectant moms! Thank you Dr. Samantha!!
I was introduced to Genesis Physical Therapy at the beginning of 2026 after struggling with side effects following a hysterectomy in late 2024. Before surgery, I had absolutely no issues with bladder leakage. How do I even begin to adequately praise Dr. Ally Loupe in Addison?! Let me start by saying that she not only saved my quality of life but maybe my actual life! After a pelvic surgery in 12/2024 I was left with an impairment of a section of my Pudendal nerve resulting in a condition called P.G.A.D. (look it up; a true Purgatory!).
