If you have had a baby or are having a baby I promise you the first call you should make is to a Pelvic Floor Therapist and Genesis has some of the sweetest most caring ones around. It’s a very safe space where you’ll find the answer to your most vulnerable questions as a woman. Don’t hesitate to spend the money. It is an investment into your total health as woman. I saw Ally towards the end of my pregnancy as well as postpartum, and I’d recommend her to anyone in need of physical therapy. I never felt rushed during any session as she really took the time to listen to every detail and then use her clinical expertise to create the best exercise program and treatment plan. Her care was incredibly personalized — she took the time to understand everything going on, identify the root causes, and create a plan that made me feel genuinely supported every step of the way. Ally is wonderful! Not only is she kind, empathetic, and understanding, she is also a highly skilled clinician!! She was instrumental in my pregnancy and postpartum journey, tailoring her plan and recommendations to my specific needs.
