I was released from the hospital to the facility, the food was decent but the works are rude and lazy. At my follow up appointment the Dr said to clean around my wound and keep it dry. When it was time for it to be cleaned the nurse said it wasn’t in her notes to do it. Mind you a worker at the facility said she seen the follow up not stating to clean around my wound and she repeated exactly what the doctor told me out of his own mouth. One aide that works there is super nice , and the one that does appointments is very nice as well. That’s where it stops, once you are discharged you get a small package that doesn’t explain everything so you have to call and ask questions and then You get a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE PERSON ON THE PHONE … i should of listen to the bad reviews before saying for a relative to go there. I don’t have enough room to explain all my reasons on why you shouldn’t go there. Next time I’m choosing someone else to send my relative
These girls bought me back..came in a mess and weak with cancer and they bought me back so I'm going on for treatment.....I love my unit #3. My squad....🙏🎉😍.....they are the best!!!
My father was a patient here and he really liked the staff and what was encouraged of him by the rehabilitation center. They worked very hard to get him mobile again. They keep the family well informed on rehab progress, along with other medical information. Thank you, Genesis and please, keep up the good work.
