I just want to say this is my second visit to lopatcong care center in june it was bad many problems i talked to the director he was incharge of all nj places it is unfortunate i needed to go to a care facility again i was in total shock changes we in place my intake nurse yulidia stayed past her shift to get me set up and has been my afternoon nurse she is a star in my book along with all the staff on ground floorthe chef melvin soups and food are homemade and made with love i rate this place 5 stars ⭐️ i love all the staff... read more
