The management sucks here. Ariel and Marcus never reply to phone calls and texts. I guess Ariel and Marcus have other jobs.ariel and Marcus are never in the building. This place is going down hill. This place is irresponsible and lacking in many ways
I was an agency CNA through shift key which can be hard in its self because not all facilities are welcoming. Colonial Mannor was absolutely amazing the staff was welcoming and I felt like one of there own. I just wanted to thank all of staff from the CNAs to Nurses for just being so kind and approachable you didn't know me at all and everyone was so welcoming and encouraging something I was not used to and I wanted to just say thank you all and I hope everything is alright may God Bless all of you for your kindness!
My family member (FM) moved in a month ago (after having our eye on this place for a year and a half but having to wait for his insurance to allow him to move), and it has been such a dream having him there so far. The staff is friendly, the place is clean and well kept, as are the residents. We noticed the residents have a lot of individual style, obviously aided by the staff helping them. Visited the place is infested with gnats and fly's. It was reported to Alan & Robert the maintenance man 2 days ago for extermination. The water in the facility's has parasites, no hot water in patients rooms. Also goodie packages to patients are stolen by staff & nothing us being done to recover them - Admin Marcus is aware.
