This place is disgusting the people at the front desk were rude they didn’t have a pen at the check in desk when asked if anyone had a pen they were too busy on their phone watching videos the rooms that the residents are in are filthy urine on the floor diapers left on table in the room the attendant in the lock down unit was man handled by one of residents horrible place do not leave your loved one here
Such a traumatic transition for my mother with dementia was eased and made me wish I had not waited so long. The team here, especially Autumn eased so much burden and provided much needed emotional and practical support that it far exceeded my expectations. My mother is adjusting well, and her quality of life is vastly improved. I never knew a nursing care facility could be like this, highly praise and recommend this facility!
The care team at Avir New Braunfels is truly one of the best in New Braunfels. As a Physician group Director, I can truly say that they are dedicated, compassionate, and attentive to every patient's needs. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking care for their loved ones, specially now that its under new ownership.
