This place constantly calls and harasses you. Beware of apartments who use this company they are just as shady. The representatives are always unapologetic and rude just like the companies that use them. The apartment I was at took my entire security deposit and did not use it towards any debt I may have had. This company is a nightmare to deal with.
Received at least 10 calls from them a day, each phone call shows Scam call, each time they ended up left voicemail saying nothing beside “This is Genesis, call back at this number…” Since I have no idea who they are so I never return the call. Literally have no idea I owe them any money until one beautiful day, received an alert from my credit report saying that my credit has been dropped dramatically. Guess who? Called to resolve a debt and was told if we wired the money it would be taken care of quickly and removed from the credit report. The representative stated they would call as soon as they got the transfer and no call was returned. I had to call back 3 times and still didn't get a returned call however I did get an email stating this would be submitted for removal. The worst credit collections ever . One they have no information on what happened in my experience. I asked them kindly to email me all the documents and breakdowns of what I owe because I know I don’t owe. Dylan said no . So why would i pay for something i cant physically see?
