I had been biting and picking my fingernails and cuticles for decades until they were bleeding, this is not an exaggeration. Once I noticed my kids starting to do the same thing to their fingernails I knew I had to stop. I had only one session at Genesis and I literally have not bit my nails or cuticles since. It's nothing short of amazing that such a persistent bad habit could be overcome with just one session. Aimee is amazing and her office is so peaceful, clean and relaxing. All of my expectations were exceeded!
I absolutely loved Aimee! She is the best person to go to when you have something that you wish to overcome in your life so that you can move forward with a better conscious and cognizance so you can create the life you want to live. She is very attentive to listening to you so that she can understand what you need and what you don't need so she can work her skill and magic on you. Went and had one session with Aimee !!! She is amazing !!! Helped me with my anxiety and sleep !! Besides that just a amazing human being!!! Love to her!!!!
I went and saw Aimee with the intent of having her help me quit smoking. What I got from only one session with her was so much more. A deep planted seed of self worth. Self love. Belief in my abilities. And the ones around me that were feeding the negative self talk, soon left me. I’m so very thankful for Genesis Clinical Therapy.
