1 star is too good for this, I drove 45 minutes here only to be told I couldn’t try the dress on. I had to look in a magazine pick a dress out, she’ll do the measurements and place order. Why would I do that if I don’t know how the dress looks on me. The whole point is too go, pick a dress out, try it on to see how it looks on you, THEN & ONLY THEN do the measurements and place an order. This place makes no sense whatsoever. I honestly don’t know how they’re still in business!!!!!

TL;DR: don't listen to these reviews by people who can't have the patience to communicate with someone who is trying their best to speak English. Genesis bridal has good selections, decent prices, and quick alterations. Reading all of these one star reviews for this very decent dress shop is disheartening yet expected. Came to the store at 11:30am because it says they open at 11... door was locked. I knocked and waited but no one ever came. Guess you don’t want my business. After reading your reviews I realized this is not a professional place at all! Will definitely take my business elsewhere!
