Absolutely horrific experience with this company. They came to pick my sick father up at the hospital and then left him sitting on the street in a wheelchair for 30 minutes while the driver went to pick up someone else's wheelchair. I don't care what else is going on you don't leave a sick elderly man abandoned outside the hospital for some equipment when we're paying for the ambulette.
