The facility is great with great people working there from receptionist to therapist. I highly recommend and would return stuff needed
Incredible staff the receptionist made me feel so welcome. I was afraid because I thought it would be painful but nope all was well highly recommended very clean also.
I have been going to MVPT (previously GVPT) for many years now and have been helped in so many ways. For the last couple of years, I’ve gone exclusively to the Irondequoit office and seen Dr. Healey. I’m an avid hiker and runner and Dr. Healey has helped me recover from various injuries and return to doing what I love. He is very responsive when I have questions regarding any of my PT exercises. I first went to Dr. Healey at the Irondequoit location after hurting my ‘good’ knee on a hiking trip in Maine. After that trip, I was unable to run more than a couple hundred yards when the pain would force me to stop. Dr. Healey quickly & correctly diagnosed the problem, reassured me that it could be corrected with physical therapy, and developed a plan that would target all of the areas that needed strengthening. I called to schedule a new patient appointment on 4/18. The woman at the Irondequoit location took all my information down including insurance information. I took a painstakingly long time to verify and reiterate names, phone numbers and spelling errors. She said she would call me back either Friday or Monday at the latest.
