This is the first time did I have tried to reach both branches and I have been told and those branches are Dansville New York in geneseo New York I have been told that there is a 40 to 45 minute wait and I can leave a message and they will return my call this is totally unacceptable what is going on with this company it would seem to me that a bank has enough money to hire enough employees in order to do an adequate job after all all of our welfare is in your hands I'll be watching
Everyone there is always nice and professional and they have always worked with me on any issues. My account was stolen and they fixed everything rate away put my money back and investigated it, didn't make me wait two weeks like other banks do with fraud. You always feel welcome and they will be honest about there rates with loans as well.
