I'm from Hornell, NY and just got out of the hospital today. The hospital provided medical transport from this company. .ind you, I broke my ankle. The driver (Keen I think his name was) from start to finish was a courteous gentlemen. He helped me get in the cab, told me from the front seat easy ways to reposition, let me eat in the cab to relieve leg cramp pressure and even turned up his nice jazzy music when I asked him to because my mind was racing with all of the tough changes ahead. very satisfied with all parts of service. drivers were great-very helpful and friendly. pickup and dropoff wee right on time. will definately use them again!

Was driving going 490 East when a company car was crossing lanes without looking and almost hit my car. had to swerve into the left lane after honking my horn driver looked unfazed and high. Should have better drivers
