Three stars for the polite, professional drivers that picked up my mom from a nursing home for a medical test . Drivers were polite and friendly. Mom said they were good and safe drivers. Disappointed that I had to call them for her return trip...you dropped her off, you weren't planning to take her back??? Overall it was a safe & positive trip for Mom. Thank you drivers!
The guy on the phone is bad and I don’t understand why hire someone who don’t know customer service to answer phone .
Worst company took then 20+ min to pick up my mother at her dr appointment and take her back to the nursing home. Called them and they just don't care. WORST COMPANY EVER second time they did this their is no sense of compassion with this place
We called to confirm a ride and the supervisor Joe was extremely unprofessional and rude. He hung up me. Will never use this service again.
