Just closed today on my first home with CNB, after GRB wrongfully told a realtor I didn’t qualify for a mortgage, causing me to lose that specific house lol. What a joke of a bank, but definitely would recommend Canandaigua National any day!

Service, attention and care way above and beyond what I could have hoped for. I had a ton of problems with the buying problems (none of which was GRB's fault) - and they were stellar walking me through everything, being so supportive and attentive, and giving great advice. Communication was clear and prompt, I was never left waiting or wondering. HUGE SHOUT OUT to Stephen Glanville and John Milano. A FANTASTIC experience with these two gentlemen that helped me out SO much!!! Thanks guys!!
They are non-compliance on federal act such as SCRA. They will make you suffer if you are entitled to receive reduction on your interest rate. They think that they can bully you by creating bunch of fake delays if you reclaim your entitlement. Such as: hey need to verify with commander, hey your dates don’t match, hey send me the other documents with stamp /sealed documents.
