They are non-compliance on federal act such as SCRA. They will make you suffer if you are entitled to receive reduction on your interest rate. They think that they can bully you by creating bunch of fake delays if you reclaim your entitlement. Such as: hey need to verify with commander, hey your dates don’t match, hey send me the other documents with stamp /sealed documents.

Well I cannot recommend and have not received any information or contact from mortgage contact for several days even though I followed up. We are currently in process of transitioning out of military so situation is complicated. Apparently to complicated, make sure you don't settle shop around if you can (Premium...USAA faster and better customer service).
I am extremely disappointed with GRB Mortgage and their unprofessionalism. My experience has been a nightmare due to their constant changes in requirements. It's impossible to keep up as they seem to change their demands on a daily basis. This has caused significant delays and endless frustration.
