Service, attention and care way above and beyond what I could have hoped for. I had a ton of problems with the buying problems (none of which was GRB's fault) - and they were stellar walking me through everything, being so supportive and attentive, and giving great advice. Communication was clear and prompt, I was never left waiting or wondering. HUGE SHOUT OUT to Stephen Glanville and John Milano. They are non-compliance on federal act such as SCRA. They will make you suffer if you are entitled to receive reduction on your interest rate. They think that they can bully you by creating bunch of fake delays if you reclaim your entitlement. Such as: hey need to verify with commander, hey your dates don’t match, hey send me the other documents with stamp /sealed documents.

Well I cannot recommend and have not received any information or contact from mortgage contact for several days even though I followed up. We are currently in process of transitioning out of military so situation is complicated. Apparently to complicated, make sure you don't settle shop around if you can (Premium...USAA faster and better customer service).
