Staff is friendly. Better than in the past where I received horrible service
I’ve been making with this Bank for 20 years. I love the Bank I’ve seen all the staff changed to new staff. I never had a problem with any of the staff members and I do recommend Genesis co-op to whoever is looking for a new Bank family had a few hiccups, but they were always addressed and taken care of so yes, I love my Bank family.
I am very satisfied with the coop. The people that work there are very cordial and helpfull. Today I was waited on by Hamid who was extremely friendly and attentive to my needs.
