My husband took his deer there to be processed and we are very pleased with them.
Wonderful local butcher shop.
Bought some kc strips 2/22/19 was said to be dry aged for 3 weeks when took out the package had a funny smell as when cooking! The steak once tasted an eaten just had a weird taste not sure why been raised around beef my whole life! Good looking steaks just don’t know why the smell an taste being funky
