Unprofessional, Disrespectful Rude. Do not recommend.
The moving crew that came here was super nice and worked really hard to make our experience very enjoyable. They were very careful with my Mom’s things and it went super smooth. Thank you so much Gene’s furniture for a great experience!
Broke my TV during the move. The manager Larry instead of being apologetic , was extremely rude. When i showed him the pictures of my TV , he said what do you want me to do? "we are not responsible for the damage". He denied me any access to the owner ! Never seen such unprofessional service ! DO NOT RECOMMEND !!please hire proper professionals
