We recently moved to the area. I was told I had to get a newer phone to work with AT&T service. The new phone was almost $400. In the week since I have had this phone, I have spent more hours with customer service agents than I ever have related to a cell phone. Never again. All it wants to do is run One UI updates. The store tells me to call AT&T, and AT&T tells me to go to the store. As soon as I can, I will return this phone and go back to refurbished phones and Walmart Family Mobile or Page Plus.
Do you sell computer peripherals? I need a mouse.
This place is a hidden gem. I had to wait a bit as I was 3rd in line so I was getting worried as closing time was approaching. Stephanie took me in very close to 5. She was so patient with me and very knowledgeable about the entire process of switching carriers. She stayed about an hour late to make sure my phone was working before she let me leave. Not many places would go to this level and I truly appreciate the excellent service. Thank you Stephanie and Gene's, I truly appreciate what you did for me!
