From the minute we met Dylan to talk about the benefits of having a whole home generator we felt at ease. He is one of the most professional and honest salesman we have done business with. We had a shaky start initially, the unit installed, had some major issues. Throughout the ordeal, The technician was attentive, responsive, and extremely efficient. The most recent error code today, was verified by the tech and checked with three startup procedures With no issues. This is good news. No, it’s great news.
