Extremely disappointed with the service received or lack of service received from generators plus. Initially called for an estimate. The latest they would meet me was 3pm. I had to leave work 2 hours early and use sick time to meet them. At 3:30 on the day of my appointment they hadn’t called or arrived. I called the office to check to find out they had sent the service man home because they had written down my phone number wrong and said I didn’t answer. Have a Generac standby generator that is just shy of 10yrs old. It failed sometime this past summer. Called Gen+ to come look at it. Super nice lady working the phones had a tech out to see it in less than a week. Technician was a very nice guy as well. Panel indicated a ‘low RPM’ fault. Tech didn’t diagnose why that might be the case, just cleared the code. I think he restarted it at this point. Said it just tripped because of the fault and everything was fine and the fee was $150.
