Called to get an estimate on a whole home generator. They said that they needed to come out to my home to give me an accurate amount. Fair enough. I asked them for a ballpark figure just so that I would have an idea of whether or not it would be in our budget. The guy said that his computer wouldn't load up and that he would need to reboot his computer and then call me back. 2 days later I still haven't received a call back. Extremely disappointed with the service received or lack of service received from generators plus. Initially called for an estimate. The latest they would meet me was 3pm. I had to leave work 2 hours early and use sick time to meet them. At 3:30 on the day of my appointment they hadn’t called or arrived. I called the office to check to find out they had sent the service man home because they had written down my phone number wrong and said I didn’t answer.
