Marcus with Wired came out to install our generator today and we were so impressed with his customer service, knowledge and professionalism. He showed up on time, was happy to help us with any questions we had and did a great job. We are happy with our decision to get our generator through Wired! Our sales consultant, Jimmy, also was wonderful to work with. He was always quick to answer emails with questions and was extremely knowledgeable.
Marcus was excellent and very professional. The service was top notch. I couldn't be happier, especially ahead of hurricane season!
JJ and his team (Josh and Christ) are phenomenal. They are diligent and efficient and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Wired and JJ’s team for your generator installation and perhaps other electrical installations. They deserve more than 5 stars!
Unbelievable service. Called for maintenance on a generator. They sent a GREAT technician out (Michael). He immediately diagnosed my generator issue, did a service on it and explained the next steps to me. From the office staff to the service tech, great and professional service. I am signing up for their monitoring service because of their performance!
