Please do not give these people money. We paid them $13,800 in April of 2024. They do not return our calls or respond. We just want our generator or our money back.

Nathan took a deposit. Permit was finally submitted. We can not get a response by phone, text, email regarding installation. Nathan finally called back to say we would have the slab poured last week. No show and no answer. We can not leave a message as all voicemail boxes are full...The websites say to continue to communicate with the contractor. That would require the contractor to participate. The contractor seems to be ducking and dodging.

I'm very happy to amend my previous negative review! After 6 months the owners delivered and installed our new generator yesterday! They were very professional and we're excited to finally have our new Kohler generator! They said extended delay caused by labor shortage and medical issues. They're now working to get caught up with installations. I wish them the best and very happy they're working through this.

Paid nearly $8000 in April and still do not have a generator. They will not respond to phone calls. Do NOT give these people any money.

0 Stars! Company is either out of business or the owner is a crook. Signed contract in April and gave Nathan Shaffer $9400 IN CASH as a deposit for new Kohler generator. He told us it would be installed in 4 to 6 weeks, 6 months later, no generator and no one answers the phone and no one returns calls. Anyone with same experience should contact Kohler directly.
