Great service from start to finish. Evelyn kept us updated on everything. The gentlemen that installed were quick, efficient and professional. If I could give a 10 star rating I would. If you are considering a Generac you should seriously consider this company. You can't go wrong.
Talk about a wild but pleasant experience! Let’s start with the wild part. My family and I had just gotten back from our 4th of July weekend when we started experiencing low voltage inside our home. Our AC and appliances stopped working, and all the lights went dim. I went outside to manually transfer power from the utility company over to my generator, and that’s when my transfer box caught fire. My generator has been having issues since the beginning of May and they have not addressed it. We have bad weather coming this weekend and they were supposed to send someone to address the issue and instead they completely ghosted me. My generator is not even a year old.
I want to give a shout out to 2 wonderful guys, Miguel and Noe. Not being a customer they stepped up and explained my portable generator workings. They didn't have to do it but did. These guys are amazing in the short time I dealt with them they were nothing but polite and helpful. Thanks guys for your time and keep up the good work
Mizael and his team did a great job with the electrical work, installing the transfer switches for my new Generac. He explained the work being performed, and everything looks great. Cleaned up afterwards and his crew were very professional.
