Mizael was great. Friendly, knowledgeable, great tool setup. Very professional in all aspects. Enjoyed having him and his crew here. Some of the best service we have received in 15 years in the RGV.

Talk about a wild but pleasant experience! Let’s start with the wild part. My family and I had just gotten back from our 4th of July weekend when we started experiencing low voltage inside our home. Our AC and appliances stopped working, and all the lights went dim. I went outside to manually transfer power from the utility company over to my generator, and that’s when my transfer box caught fire. My generator has been having issues since the beginning of May and they have not addressed it. We have bad weather coming this weekend and they were supposed to send someone to address the issue and instead they completely ghosted me. My generator is not even a year old.
