Had annual maintenance this past Saturday June 21st in AM. I was notified in advance that Kyle would be the technician. All the boxes were checked 110% since every detail that I always hope for and told too many times by other contractors never materialize leading to frustration and letdown. Quoted me a price - for everything including buried tank. They were unable to bury the tank, then sent above ground tanks....then figured out they couldn't put them too close to the house. This is all after the installed the generator. So I was left with a generator and no propane. Hearing nothing back from them, I found my own company that will gladly come and put the tank in the ground as planned. Today, April 08, 2025 Generator Supercenter of Southwest Florida Scheduled our first 25 hour brake-in check-up and service for our 22 kwh whole house generator. The technician that came , JOMOURY, was punctual and called 1/2 hour prior to arrival to give us a heads up. Once her, he went to all the procedures of the 1st tune-up, while he explained the individual procedures. Chris F. was my startup technician. Chris was on time, very professional, and very helpful. Chris was very patient. He was able to show me the process of startup and shut down. He also demonstrated how the generator would startup during a power outage.
