Today, April 08, 2025 Generator Supercenter of Southwest Florida Scheduled our first 25 hour brake-in check-up and service for our 22 kwh whole house generator. The technician that came , JOMOURY, was punctual and called 1/2 hour prior to arrival to give us a heads up. Once her, he went to all the procedures of the 1st tune-up, while he explained the individual procedures. Chris F. was my startup technician. Chris was on time, very professional, and very helpful. Chris was very patient. He was able to show me the process of startup and shut down. He also demonstrated how the generator would startup during a power outage.
