Generator supercenter visited us today to perform the maintenance on our new generator. Mario and Daniel were outstanding, they moved like the professional team they are. Daniel also gave me a refresher course on the operation as well as what they were. servicing. The installation of my generator was very professional and the technicians did not disappoint me either. Thank you supercenter for what you do for us.
This is a good outfit. Daniel and Mario did a great job with our generator today. They were friendly and professional. They got the job done quickly, and answered all my questions.
I’ll start off by saying the technicians and field reps were professional, courteous, and did great work, this is why I gave two stars. Had it not been for them, my rating would be lower. My issue with the company started from the initial install. The techs came to the house and come to find out, nobody in the office scheduled Florida Power and Light to come disconnect the electrical service.
