Marco and the office staff from Generac Super Center in Peabody were great, knowledgeable, and super responsive to our generator issue, when our current service company could not get to us. They helped us identify our problem, even though we weren’t customers, but we will be now!

They came quickly to measure and gave a competitive quote, and arranged installation even faster than I expected upon pulling the necessary permits. The work was done within a few days, delayed only by new code requirements. Tyler was superb on the day of inspection. He walked me through how to operate the new units patiently, and they cleaned well after the work. Highly recommended.
