Jesse came out and did a great startup and answered all of our questions.
Johnathan came out to talk with us about a generator and we were very pleased with him. Answered all of our questions, told us step by step on what was needed and about installation. Highly recommended, very customer oriented. He left with a new customer in the books!
I wanted to take a moment to compliment Generator Supercenter and their customer service provided to me. Kendra was very responsive and helpful in scheduling my appointment for a new home generator proposal. She kept me well informed. Additionally, Johnathan Browning came out (on time!) to do my proposal and was very friendly and answered all of my questions in regards to a new whole home generator.
Jordan was so professional and courteous, excellent tech that keeps us up and running for those times when we need our generator!
We had our yearly maintenance done on our generator today. I first received the sweetest voicemail from Jordan explaining what time he would be here, etc. He was the nicest, most well mannered person and did exactly what we wanted him to do. God Bless him!!
