Had a great experience with Generator Supercenter. After my current provider came and told me the block was cracked on my existing generator, I contacted Generator Supercenter to give me a quote for replacement which they did promptly. But during the process I asked for confirmation that the block was cracked on my current generator. Turns out it was not. Oil Pressure Sensor was the real problem - $40 instead of thousands! Wow. Bought a whole house generator package in 2023 and there were a few hiccups during the install. They were able to come up with good solutions on the fly and stood by their word and made it right. Would definitely purchase from them again.
