I would like to thank Kelsey Duhon (College Station) Generac Super Center. I went in to that store to pay my annual maintenance fee and it was to late in the afternoon for her to contact her accounting department to notify them that I was paying my fee early and that I needed a receipt. So I trusted Kelsey with $468.00 cash and she assured me that she would take care of all of the business the next day, and she did just like she said she would. I needed a part for my generator but arrived at the company 30 minutes after closing…I went to the front door anyway and found it locked so I was walking next door to a different company. Kelsey was in the back of the store still working and apparently heard me when I tried the door…so she opened the door and saw me quite a ways away and came to ask me if she could help…which she did do by selling me the needed part….what a great attitude she showed toward me and her company…I was really impressed and am very thankful.
