Field Technician David Auer came out to complete the required preventive maintenance on our 22KW Generac Generator. David did an outstanding job of explaining all the maintenance items he completed and also let us know the options that were available with the battery. Very aggressive driver. Watched them almost cause a huge crash. Rides extremely close behind other cars with no regard for anyone's safety. To the driver: you drive a truck.. back off so you don't end up rear ending someone with your giant truck. Do not support this business until they care enough to at least drive their company car with some respect for others on the road.
Their technician David Auer was very good 👍
Benito and Liz have a great company. The service and technicians are outstanding. Had a red light issue a few days ago and text Benito. He always responds quickly. Technicians always call 30 minutes before arriving . Easy fix just a reset. They explained what the code was and why the red light came on. I would recommend them to anyone. Robin and Lynda Frazier
