Great service before you even buy the product. I called the 1800 number and spoke to Richard who talked me through all my questions and gave me great answers. So I bought a 2500W Rato and it arrived from Brisbane in less than 24hours (I'm in Sydney). The Generator worked exactly how Richard described it would and was much quieter than I expected. Great Service, Amazing delivery time and a fantastic price. Highly recommended if you're looking for a Generator.
