Can only rate this high as a result of exemplary service. When i rang to enquire my local business was unable to answer and i was put through to the answering service. The lady was really helpful and said that i would receive a call back soon. Heard that before! Well i was stunned to receive a call a couple of hours later from a gentleman who apologised for the initial unavailability.
