This company is great!! We got a call from Joey at 8:15 tonight because he received a notification on his cell phone that there was an issue with our generator. Turns out there was some minor malfunction likely cause by abnormal moisture in the control panel, and he was able to walk us through how to resolve it in under 5 minutes. Amazing service!

I have referred several friends to Generator Authority. The instalation was a breeze and the incentives made buying a whole home generator, a no-brainer. We have had 5 events since the installation, in which the entire neighborhood was without power. Our generator kicks in after 15 seconds and powers the entire house, lessening concerns over security, pool equipment, refridgerated food, and hot water.
