Very disorganized and dishonest office. I'm not sure they have an actual plumber doing the plumbing. No communication between service manager and warehouse staff. No communication from office staff to installers. Seems like everyday is a struggle to find parts and the correct way to do a job. Little to no field support for installers. All in all, a very expensive product sold for an insane markup and installed by mainly unlicensed tradesmen. They make big promises, but fail to deliver on most of them.
Great company, everyone I’ve interacted with, has been nothing short of 5 ’s for me.
Since installing this Generator I haven't had to worry about loss of power. Generator Authority was fast, courteous and I thought reasonably priced.
They did a great job! Our Generator is now working! They answer the phone quickly and are great at trouble shooting over the phone before even coming out!
I have called Generator Authority to help with my new Generac generator installation that went wrong a couple of times. On both occasions, they were quick to get someone out to my house who was super knowledgable and diagnosed the faulty equipment immediately and then assisted me in getting it replaced under warranty. Since their last visit, my generator has worked like clockwork! Highly recommend this company!
