This is probably the worst business I've ever had the displeasure of taking a chance on. I know nothing about taxes, government stuff, paperwork stuff - that's why I brought my money here, to have it done for me. What I received was the most lazy, delayed, and laughable service you could possibly imagine. It took weeks to have my taxes ready, and when they were ready there were lots of things for me to mail in, payments to make, and I'm still receiving letters I'm not sure what to do with.
