The team at Generations Berea is incredible- they treated my mother with kindness and care in the 3.5 years that she was there. They recognized and appreciated who she was as a person, not just a patient or resident. Whenever I had questions or concerns, they were addressed quickly- whether it was leadership or the clinical team, I knew things would be handled. They took such great care of my aunt for many years. The staff are truly caring people and it’s a very nice living environment.

Covid outbreak in facility with residents. Nicole does nothing to prevent it from spreading she refuses to lockdown

My parents moved into Generations’s 3 years ago and our family has been extremely satisfied. Everyone on staff seems engaged with their job and offers personalized care. So many smiles and cheer they bring to the residents. The activities are varied enough that there is something for everyone. The location is wonderful with so much within walking distance.
