I wish that I could give it zero stars. As someone who is in the medical field it is unconscious able to practice "care" in the way they see fit. Most of the aids are not properly trained, do not have clear expectations of what they are supposed to do. The manager Denise not able to stay on top of who needs help when, often times I went without any help because Denise is so disorganized that she can keep track of anything. She has lied to me on numerous times and one of their nursing assistants stole pain medications from me... read more
