Lily did an amazing job helping us we some very old savings bonds that we had. She was very patient and helped us out when multiple other banks couldn’t help out.
I love this branch! It’s the best GFCU I’ve been to. Stephanie, Latasha, Daniel and the teller team is always efficient, kind and helpful. They always work to find solutions for us and if I could rate them 10 stars I would! Thanks Balcones Heights Branch!!!
