Absolutely the WORST home loan company ever! This is the opinion of everyone involved with this sale. We are 4 months in, and have been approved for months...but they do not stay on it. Had to physically go babysit Gustavo to make sure he did his job. We are supposed to go sign at the title company today....Generations promised all paperwork would be there already. Lies. And no replies.
Customer service is great inside. The Drive through service needs some work. I don't remember the young man's name.
One of the better Federal Credit Union‘s in the San Antonio area.
Don’t go to this bank they will double charge you 28 bucks for not having funds they don’t work with you at all and not understand us humans with our situations other banks do
