Wow. Our group had reservations, stood outside in the cold, this company didn't open or notify us of why they weren't honoring our appointment. Rude.
The company I work for gave us this day for an outing and that is it. We chose this place because it is at a good location and opens at 11 am. So we call and got an appointment for 11:15am. Like good people we got there 10 minutes before opening. Hoping when the doors open at 11, we will go inside and wait 15 minutes but instead we were still outside and waithing. The young man working was very knowledgeable and kind providing thoughtful recommendations. It was a fun activity and reasonably priced. I look forward to visiting again.
