It used to be a terrible here and ran like crap when Andrea, Alexa and Kim were there. there and I hated going there but heard it is better now.
It used to be bad and ran like crap a couple years ago but heard its better now that a couple ppl at the desk with thier first names that start with an A are gone.
I would never recommend this bank. We started our residential loan process in Dec. 2025. at which time we were told that Generations Bank keeps their loans in house. 1st non truth. Once we finally closed in March of 2026 they had sold the loan before the paperwork was dry. Our experience from Todd & Angel was very frustrating and made more difficult by their inattention & just plain not doing what they were supposed to and making up excuses. I would not recommend Generations Bank for commercial lending. Our experience was extremely frustrating. After working through the loan process for several weeks on multiple properties, the bank began raising new issues the day before closing, including questioning appraisals and changing information we had previously been given. I would strongly caution anyone considering commercial lending with Generations Bank. Our experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. We had four properties under contract and worked through their lending process for weeks, only to have the bank begin raising completely new questions the day before closing.
