Definitely need to update business hours they close before 5 often I get there 430 or 445 door are locked parking lot empty!
Excessive ATM fees, go to the next bank down or across the street to Walmart ATM. Update, yes ATM fees are standard for non account holders, but yours are EXCESSIVE! I would not want a bank that would do that to others.
Very unsatisfactory. I set up a new account and they did not tell me that deposits would take nine business days to become available, as compared to three that I am used to with other banks. I tried to do a wire transfer with funds that were available and that got delayed for unknown reasons. This delay is costing me thousands. I have no complaints this bank has been amazing!! Always will to help and quick to answer any questions I have definitely a family bank!!
