I've been banking with Generations for almost 20 yrs. Always professional and happy to help especially Denise. If anyone deserves a praise and raise its her. With my multi accounts and my misunderstandings she's had to deal with...this lady is a rock star!!! Even My grandmother, who doesn't like anyone, will wait for Denise to help her bc of her excellent customer service.
