The staff on North Seward are generally very friendly and helpful. I have been banking there for years. However the drive through at Loop road by wegmans is horrible. The ATM is broken alot. It's not eye level so it's harder to use if you are lucky to get ATM to work. . The drive through generally is closed and the final thing that I do not like about rhe branches in Auburn is they close at 4.00..and not open on Saturdays. Not convenient for people who work.
