had to have 2 replacement orders. original order shirt collar to small suit jacket cou;d not close and pants to tight. Replacement order shirt collar was a 20 the original a 17 i asked for a 18 and the pants so baggy i looked like a clown. second replacement jacket 3 inches short. I was so concerned i rented a tux from mens warehouse 2 days before the wedding.i used men warehouse pants because the gen tux pants again to tight. I am thinking of going to small claims court to recover money
I have used Generation Tux twice. Both times they exceeded expectations. Suits came with plenty of time to return if there was a problem. Fit was perfect. Quality was excllent. Return was easy and conveneint.

The suits looked great. The colors matched perfectly, the clothes were clean and professional, and everything fit well. Overall, we were very happy with how everything looked for the wedding. The only issue we had was that a belt and a pair of shoes were initially left out of one order. However, customer service responded quickly and got the missing items sent out right away with no hassle. The return was a super easy process—just seal it up and drop it off at FedEx.
