Generation Tux did Ok. They needed to send different sizes 3 times because customer service screwed up the 2nd delivery. The most frustrating part was the POOR QUALITY of the clothing. I needed 3 different bow ties because the ones they sent were ridiculously frayed - how did these ever get shipped? One of the groomsmen's vests was missing a button. Very easy to deal with
We expected Generation Tux to simplify our wedding planning with their “guaranteed, stress-free” rental process. Instead, they caused more stress and uncertainty than anything else we dealt with. One groomsman’s replacement jacket never arrived before the ceremony. It showed up the day after (far too late) leaving him no choice but to spend $250 tailoring a poor substitute.
