Generation Trade has top quality, beautiful furniture at reasonable prices. I recently moved into a new home and purchased several pieces including a dining room table, three beds frames with dressers and Simon Bedding Cool Pillowtop mattresses. I am absolutely satisfied with all my purchases and highly recommend home furnishings from here.
The company that I purchased my 4 piece Air Leather living room set from delivered the wrong color recliner. I tried to remedy the situation with them but they literally ghosted me. Generation Trade Inc. went above and beyond to make sure I received the correct color recliner. I am very pleased with their integrity and to have customer satisfaction as a priority.
II have been a customer of this company for 5 years and have had nothing but excellent service and good products, all good service from the warehouse staff and always attentive to resolve a complaint regarding a product.
If I could give it "0" stars I would. I purchased the Liberty power sectional and manual recliner in November of 2022. This has been the worst purchase I have ever made. Every seat sits extremely crooked, the wood cracked and splintered in the back of one of the sectional seats, the recliner sits at 45 degree angle and the reclining mechanism broke (it rocks side to side).
