I should’ve known from the moment I stopped at this business, my experience was not gonna be great. I waited in their parking lot for an extra 15 minutes after their door signage said they were open when I first brought my business to them. I dropped off and paid to have a ring engraved and they said it would be ready within a couple days. I gave them over a week and a half and didn’t hear back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Robert and Tracey can not be trusted. I knew them when they were in Tallahassee and they ran their business the same way they do now...reliably unreliable.
