Unfortunately, I am unable to provide this company with a favorable review. I requested that they make a plaque for my son as a wedding gift, it was one disappointment after another. It appears that when it comes to printing on t-shirts and creating trophies, they are very accommodating. In my case, it was 3 deadlines not met. I did not make the deadline, Robert instructed me when to return to the shop. I did so three times and left empty-handed each time. The owner was so accommodating and friendly. I had a rush job to embroider initials on a canvas bag and he did it in a couple of hours. It turned out great and will definitely use again and recommend to everyone.
Had them engrave 3 of our championship trophies; couldn't be happier with the result, will definitely be coming to them first in the future. Very nice people who were able to get our trophies done in just a few days
