Would not recommend to friends or family. Maybe enemies. – I don't know where to begin. Pushy salespeople wanting to sell you something that you don't want. Tried to sell me some other glasses and I ended telling her no 4 times. When I came back to pick up my glasses it took them forever to find them. They are not organized at all. If you want to be annoyed and aggravated, by all means do go there. But if not, then there are a lot of other places that you can go to in the city.
Horrible experience – Upon arrival, I told them I wanted an eye exam for contacts, a new pair of glasses, and a prescription in hand for contacts. I told them I had insurance that would help with the exam, and glasses or contacts, but not both. I wished to apply the insurance towards the exam and the frames, and later I'd order contacts online.
