Be advice this broker don’t answer or respond after load delivered we booked load we deliver and when we submit payments they told our factoring company ww did t deliver the load and we have txt msgs with their vice president that’s we booked load as we have clean signed bol still saying we didn’t deliver we filing claim to their insurance for none payments but end of the week of no answer or they didn’t resolve our problem
I want to share my experience with this company’s Vice President of Sales, Matt Stermetz. I booked load — he got the driver’s information and then just disappeared.he made me wait cofirmation almost 2h.. It sounds like I booked the load and never showed up at pick... and Matt he never showed up
Great company to work with Nikki and Logan will take really good care of you and they have some great rates
Unethical. They Accused our Driver for not accepting tracking without Proof of screenshots. They stole $200 of the load for not tracking. I guess that’s their new way to make money. Very unethical.
We have been working with them for a while now and we never had any major issues with them. Logan is very professional and helps us whenever we have any questions.
